Last month, I made a pen set for our fund raising gala night. This fund event was to raise money for the opening of the Rhondda tunnel. in South wales.
The set is from TM "British Made" pen kits. The wood, is from Burmese teak track key found in the closed tunnel.
We did raise some £19000 towards the project and are able to purchase the land next to the tunnel, to build a visitors centre, disabled car park, amphitheatre and small gauge steam railway.
I would like to thank everyone that took part in the event.
Kelvin

Lovely job Kelvin, and what beautiful timber with the added provenance.

As a Ponty boy myself I want to add my congratulations on the fund raising achievement, and wish you the best of luck with the project!

Cheers
Ash
