Hi have a regular customer that asked me if I could make a propelling pencil at no longer than 115mm but as close to 110mm as possible. :thinks:

Well I looked at the many kits and I already had a couple of Daycom slimline kits but they wer nearly 140mm long..:thinks:..

After trials and errors finally managed to get a way of shortening the internal propelling lead holder and the total length is now 110mm

This one is made from Aluminium and no clip as the customer requested.

I'm sure I can trust you all to let me know what you think Customer was happy though.. so much so ordered another 4..

Looks good to me ... in fact very good ! Just trying to work out how you managed to shorten the internals and have it still work.

They wanted it for a handmade leather Diary that had a holder and with a clip it made it difficult to remove and was catching the side of the holder.

And yes, some people still use Dairies ...:winking:
