Not the best photo, but here are 5 Alpha's. I'm only certain of the wood on the 2nd and 3rd from the left which are 2nd Brown Oak 3rd Spalted Beech. 4th might be Padauk, 5th might be Purpleheart. 1st one is brown. Finished with Melamine Lacquer.
Trio of Chrome/Gold TM Alpha's, 2 dressed in Lava Lamp blanks and t'other in a Lava Explosion from the "Turners Workshop".
Sanded to 400, thru the MM pads then buffed.
After visiting, I been playing with dyeing and stabilising.
Here's 3 Alpha's, Red, Yellow and 1 straight up to compare.
I think they were successful

I have now run out of Alphas so i promise this is the last one i show for a while.

The only problem I had with these pens was both have cracks in the finished item -...
