    Honest answers only!!

    Well, I was asked to do an emblem pen as below. Scott Walker ( Mr Resin....Sawes) cast a few for me. Now my dilemma..... If I use a white blank for the bottom will it look wrong/ cheap/ tacky. I have used a piece of maple and TBH really like it. ( No wrong answers, just opinions)

    HELP on resin choice!

    Hi All, I'm very new to pen turning and I appreciate this question has probably been asked before and out of 100 people there will more than likely be as many answers, but here goes... What makes for a good (clear) casting resin/ epoxy for a complete beginner, and what dyes would you recommend...
