although it took 3 failed attempts, about 5 hours and i glued the blank to my thumb.. first 2 are in the shed somewhere.. all cut by hand shame it cracked on assembly but you live and learn sorry about the sound track, will sort it when i get home

Today I finished staining the various bits and pieces for Wiseman_2 and it's beginning to look ok. My problem now is varnish each piece before assembly, or, assemble the front and the back pieces and then varnish ?? Any thoughts ?? Don W

This is a chrome New Series Ballpoint pen from Berea. The blank is a Cosmic Sky Blue from PSI. Very pretty blank. Does anyone see the assembly mistake I made?
