A couple years I co-wrote an article on making a jig to hold bowls and cut the hook to make a yarn bowl. It was a fun project and I enjoyed the challenge designing the jig. Feel free to add this to the tutorials section.

Both are 5" x 2". One is green Tamerisk and the other is Turkey Oak.

What are bowls made from? I thought they were made from wood but this one looks like it some sort of plastic.
