engraving

This is a follow on from a request I made here few months ago to have some engraving done. Gareth Ritter came through and did the engraving. Very impressed indeed. The pens have a Bock #5 nib and the wood is Bethlehem Olive - as it says on the postmark on the box from Israel. Due for delivery...

Not been around for a few weeks no input or out put?? Have just finished these for a neighbour wanting xmas presents. What do you use to infill if you want the engraving to feel flush. Or to colour it. But the way these are using the Prokraft elliot click pen.

Hi, We've just invested in a little laser engraver. My query is, when in the pen-making process is it best to do the engraving? Would the finish be spoilt by the heat? Thanks in advance Margo
