Made a few pens today on my first good day visit to me workshop for weeks frst we had covid then me gout flared up so lets hope today is a turning point the dragon pen was for an order

Done a little bit of jiggling about this morning. Made a small jig for the drill press. This jig will keep the blank square and stable whilst drilling. I hope to put it through it's paces over the weekend. Feel free to copy it :ciggrin::ciggrin::ciggrin:

Now the rebuild is completed and all that is left to do is sort out the old shed wood to what can be reused and what is to be skipped. Anyway, I had a good day today and managed to get and do some turning only if it was the outside of a bowl. Tomorrow I hope to finish it as had to stop to allow...

Hi Had a go at turning something square .... I think...Hope this can be classed as a platter... This is made using old t shirt and then Powertex to form the texture with dry brush painting and in this case a little JoSonja Pearl dust. Debate begins lol:banana: Kevin
