hi guys. im needing a dragon kit to go with the green scales blank i made..preferably single tube click, but twist would do if its the only option..ive looked about but all i can find is the loong one..anyone know of anything available :praying:

Bit of a risk as I think Wenge is a difficult wood (Colour wise) to look good on pens and the pen choice is also something that needs to be looked at with this wood. I think I have done well with it but I am happy to hear your views.

Despite wearing goggles I still wasn’t keen on the bits of acrylic slapping my cheeks. Only seems to happen from the square to rounded off section then settles down. Looked at the ones online and seemed expensive so good old f bay and an online Perspex supplier slapped this on the top today...

Always seem to be playing with Acrylics recently so made a change to turn some wood. I have no idea what wood it is though, I have some odd blanks in my cupboard and two of them looked really nice so turned them and this is the end result :thinks:

This is one of Jim's mixed material blanks. Shame on me for forgetting to color the blank. It would have looked a lot better.

I got a nice parcel in the post today from my mate GeordieB. 5 lovely Black Locust Burr Blanks. I had to turn one straight away to see what they looked like. This is an Elegant Beauty Australiana. I will be sending the pen up to Bill Mooney for Blind Veterans from Geordie and Me.

Went to Axminster today and spotted these...even the guy on the checkout looked twice at the price....:whistling::whistling:
