Fresh of me new lathe today a majestic fountain pen dressed in Mexican Ziracote wood love the new record midi lathe and this kit

A Majestic Skies kit from TM, the wood (if it is actually wood, could be a vine or something) is only what I can call "Lizard Wood" because it came from the Lizard tank that my son had. Finished with a coat of Melamine Lacquer . This is what it came like.

First try with a closed end kit, Majestic jr Rhodium Gold dressed with birdseye mapple and ebony. Not really satisfied how the cap turned out, the finial seems me a little bit too big. The body of the pen is much longer vs a standard pen body. Comments and critics welcome...

The best quality pen kit i have seen and made is the Majestic roller ball from axminster at £32.96 . . . The look . The weight . just how it feels in your hand is quality . I have been looking for a better quality pen kit than this but are very hard to find and i dont want to pay £50 for a kit...
