Nothing particularly special but I thought I’d post this because I really like the colours of this material. It’s an acrylic and I matched it with a plain blue acrylic and sterling silver accent rings.
It has 13mm threads and takes a Jowo nib.

Nothing too stressful today. Enjoyed turning this. Plain and simple.

Also finished this today. Spalted Beech although spalting isn't that brilliant but again lots of fun.....
Stay safe everyone.................
I needed some me time so a simple bowl. Decorated in a similar style to barge painted flowers. 8 1/2" X 1 1/2" London plain. Flowers are done with Inktense pencils and finished with Acrylic sander sealer and woodwax22
A very plain piece of Lime 7 1/4" x 2 1/2" sprayed black then whilst still wet sprayed with "Silly string", then sprayed with copper to the point of running. Silly string removed once dry. The texture on top was formed with bead boring drills.
The wife said it would be a good idea for me to make some fruit so I did.
Made from Yew, Walnut, London Plain and Apple. The finish was kept simple with sander sealer and buffed with carnauba wax.
Had a couple of club members over for a chat and to go over different things so I turned this while they were here. London Plain finished with sander sealer and buffed with carnauba wax. Measures 8 1/2" X 1 1.2"
Small hollow form 4" X 3 1/4" top is spalted beech for contrast and the main body from a dirty looking piece of London plain sprayed with ebonising spray and decorated using chestnut iridescent paints and finished with satin acrylic spray
