One of a couple of pens I've recently made by segmenting small blocks and strips - the banding on these uses a thin Mulberry strip and the edge faces (first picture) being of nicely figured olive

Though I typically use Bock nibs, I had a customer request a Jowo nib instead. This was my test piece to learn in the in's and out's of boring the section for a Jowo #6. Italian pearl blue and black acrylic with nickel clip and black acrylic accents. The clip is annealing in the wife's oven...

Some lovely Ebonite from Phil at Beaufort ink. I love working with this stuff. This is the first of these i've made. Im not 100% happy with it, but it's a start.
