Having never done it before, I have been asked to make two pens with initials on.
How do you recommend I do this? Inlay, pyrography ? I have no access to lasers.

I have a Charnwood W715 Band Saw. I need to get a new blade they come with a width of 1/4" - 3/8" - 1/2" which size blade do you recommend for cutting mainly pen blanks.
