HI all, I like my bullet case pens, these are. 338 Lapua magnum the current Army long distance rifle caliber, fitted to Omega pen kits. I have done easier conversions, but hey you have to try everything once
I have made a few donation pens today from Russian 7.62 WWll spent snipper rounds that have been fired from a Mosin Nagant Snipers Rifle it’s the same type of rifle that Vasily Zatsev used in the WWll film Enemy at the gate the stamp 118 is the number of the factory it was made in.
I also made...
Well i made a few more today and a couple of key rings....there was more but again sold straight away...
The Key rings are .500 S&W and .50AE next to .308 rifle cartridges....boy what a size diffence...and you don't want to drop one on your toe either
This was my first ever attempt at doing a segmented pen using nothing but scraps left over from previous pens, and some cuts from an old rifle stock. The English walnut was very very dense, and clearly came from the era of rifle stocks which were built to last!
Adie
i thought it about time I made another pen, this time a rifle pen with the last of my camo blanks. Not so good on the blank as this seems to have more black and brown than other colours.
