    Cartridge Board Query

    I have been asked to make a couple of cartridge board up. How would you attach the cartridges to the back? I thought of epoxy but think it will get too messy and slow. Something like this.

    3rd pen 4th pen attempt

    Zebra and cherry, doesn't mix well, I used charcoals toothpaste as a finish before ca coat as it's a light abrasive. The black went in the grains and gave a lovely effect. Unfortunetly the woods didn't work together. Its a slow learning process. I've nearly used my first set of slim lines up...

    Dremel 300

    Using my Dremel today at a slow speed started to get very very hot rubber side next to motor coil started bubble up :goesred: stopped it, let it cool down took out brushes they looked fine replaced brushes and ran it at a slow speed with no load on it still got hot, took apart and cleaned all...

    Blimey, I can dream at least!

    Grand kids came to visit us this weekend, one of the grandsons showed me what they do when work is slow at the metal works firm where he works up country! Log burners from gas bottles and odd bits of metal...:thinks: :rolling:
