Hi all, well my second from yesterday with a unknown piece of dyed plywood diagonal cut... I know its not Dymondwood or Spectraply, but hey medium density ply great colour, a sort of deap purple, but alas not as quick to sell as its mate yesterday
This is a Vesper stylus pen in chrome, from PSI. The blank is a SpectraPly solid pink. I bought ten of the blanks on Cousineau Wood Products' special. Very pretty blank, actually. I'll be making six of these pens for the girls at work. This is the first, five more to go.
This is my Breast Cancer Awareness pen. The kit is a Gatsby in chrome and gunmetal. The blank is a SpectraPly called Pink Lady. It was stabilized by Terry Q. Stabilizing the SpectraPly blanks makes a huge difference. I really like how this turned out. Save the TaTa's!
This is a New Series ballpoint in gold. The blank is a SpectraPly called Autumn. This particular blank was stabilized by Terry G, and worked much better than the first SpectraPly blank I turned. The darker sanding dust didn't get stuck in the lighter layers, like the SpectraPly Blue Angel blank...
