Bill Mooney sent me this pen in his signature shape a few years back as I'd sent him the crosscut Sycamore blank.
I keep this for showing in turning lessons when appropriate.
Just sprayed with Lacquer and yet to decide on a base. Turned on 3 centres.
Turkey Oak stained red with an Ebony button. Ash veneer, Sycamore, and a twig sprayed green for the stem and leaf.
You might have seen these before, but not as intended.
I'm updating my website and going through my older crap photos and tidying them up.
The olive one was a pre-production sample from TM. The others are Sycamore and Almond.
