They are from Axminster, The only trouble with them is that once the pens have been inserted under the strap the strap stretches a little and the pens become loose. I would have thought Axminster should have picked this up as they are not cheap in my view. My solution I am trying is to use Velcrow under the strap to divide the two pens up and to tighten them up. Any ideas welcomed.
