Nicely done, like the matching of the materials to the gold/chrome fittings.

The colour shift in the background is likely due to the white balance on the camera being set to 'automagic', the chrome will be throwing it off in the second picture. Either hard set it (the cameras white balance setting) to flash, edit it during raw conversion if you can shoot in a raw format, or edit it in post-process in an image editor, as it's just a global temperature/tint change and not much else it doesn't matter too much if it's JPG/RAW. Throwing them into Photoshop shows the second image needs a +13 temp and +18 tint towards magenta to balance it properly.

Those are two stunning blanks Angelo :thumbs:

I was going to suggest the difference in photos was due to the white balance.
But Greg has given the answer in much greater detail.
