The latest pens completed yesterday. One made from 900 year old oak from Windsor Great Park. The metal is a gun metal finish. This felt quite different to 'normal' oak to turn. Finished with a wax finish, it doesn't look as glossy as some, but I think the finish suits the age of the wood.

The darker one is Black Chacate with chrome finish and the same Hut PPP wax.

Love the pens can never get the balance on a posted pen but it saves mislaying the top half. Like the finish it does fit in well with the Oak.
