Heating it up wont help. The only thing that might trigger a cure is exposure to strong UV light. If the reaction hasnt occured by now then, as you are segmenting, you should strip it apart and start again as the polymer chains will not have formed and the glue will not have bonded correctly to the surfaces and if that is designed to be flying around at a couple of thou rpm, - no thanks!
