They are quite vivid, but I like the colour combos. Can't wait to see the other one.

I offered a load of Aluminium shavings like that on Saturday and had no takers.
If any of you who cast your own blanks want some, just let me know. They usually just end up in the bin!

Are they from drilling or from turning? If drilling I would like some please Neil. I am amazed nobody wanted them:thumbs:

They are from turning Peter.
The CNC lathe produces shavings more or less identical to those in Woody's blank.

Very nice again Woody, and I can't wait to see the aluminum (sic) blank turned. Where did you get it from if you don't mind me asking? Can they be bought?

It was sent to me by another member who makes them I think for his own personal use Peter (Buckeye)
