hello folks

I've been making allot of vessels lately that need to dry before I can carve or router them, so while I wait I thought I would make a batch of boxes.
Here are the first 3

bubinga 3 3/4" tall

ash 5 1/4" tall

sycamore with African blackwood 7 1/2" tall

They are all very nice George, with lovely shapes but the Sycamore and Blackwood really does it for me ..

George morning treat mate with your three boxes they are delicate in appearance simply elegant in presentation mate you do have the touch necessary.Remind me of Russian Dolls somehow when together they invoke a collection simplicity the follow through in the grain coupling each one becoming special. With each of them sitting comfortably in the frame plenty of room surrounding the use of the art gradual background holding each one separate then group contentment.

Thanks George. Exciting day ahead.

A lovely trio George. Fantastic forms. The Sycamore and Blackwood one for me though. I love the contrast:thumbs:
