George a while ago i used to make boxes, having seen the ones you are posting up, you certainly have wet my appetite to get back making them .. :thumbs: I see you have used two different closures, do you have a preferred one?

I prefer to have the female tenon in the lid, but sometimes I have to do it the other way round depending on how I had cut the blank when I roughed it out and what design & proportions I want.

Like the shape but the kingwood one does it for me. Like you it depends on the design and how I make my boxes that dictates which will have the male or female join
