I'm following a tutorial from "the other place" it gives some good pics to give you an idea.

It's here http://content.penturners.org/library/pen_blanks/360_Herringbone.pdf providing Jim has no problem with linking out to there ??

I'm thinking I may be being too ambitious for my skills, but hey ho, nothing ventured , nothing gained.
