I have been using this for close to 35 years. It was a lot cheaper then and I had to replace the battery 5 years ago. I also have a hard hat with face shield. Run time on the battery is close to 8 hours. I didn't like the Trendshield because of the weight. With my head bent forward it made my neck hurt.
