This is a couple of Sierras I have managed to put together from some wooden blanks I have had laying around for a while and when I finally managed to get back out to the shed for a couple of hours.

This was my first try at using CA to finish them off: 4 coats of CA, quick clean up with 800 grit then micromesh and finally a coat of Renaissance wax polish (might be a bit of overkill in there somewhere but just trying things out).

I am toying with the idea of adding a Swarovski Crystal (matching the kit/colour of the blank) to the pen clipas something different.

I am still working on getting the photo's quality sorted and not using some random piece of anything that is close to hand as a rest (in this case a candle).

Two nice pens and blanks Mark .. Your images ain't that bad my friend, we can see the wood very clearly .. :thumbs:

I purposely left off the names of the wood as I had honestly forgotten what I had out there :goesred:. Thanks for jogging my memory on that one.

Lovely pair there Mark and as said the images aren't that bad although I did find myself focusing on the candle/coke bottle top :thumbs:
