Glen, i bet most come from China from a company called Rizheng, i have had them from quite a few suppliers and they all look the same .. Even the UK suppliers use Rizheng in some way or another ..

I believe Timberbits get theirs from ACE but can't say 100%. The reason I say this is about a year ago the tubes were a slightly different size.

Hi Glen,

I've rarely had problems from Timberbits products, but when I have then Peter (the Boss) has personally phoned me from Australia and resolved the issue. His delivery times are second to none. Last order from them took just SEVEN DAYS! You could wait that long for a delivery from a supplier in the UK! Re his acrylic blanks - I have never seen them cheaper anywhere else, and suspect that many items on sale by British suppliers have passed through his hands! I'm a supporter!

Bob.

Never really concerned me where a dealer buys from but how they back up their product and describe it surmising is fine.

Peter.
