Hi all,
Had a bit of a play.... these are once fired cases with new bullets fitted....
So I started by removing the lead from the bullets, a pair of smooth pliers and a blow torch. Next drill the 2mm hole in the bullet (from behind it self centers). I resized the cases with a reloading press, then seat and crimp the bullet in. The other end gets a 6.2mm hole to take the transmission. The cap case I drilled at 7mm to take a std tube. I wrapped a couple of turns of masking tape around one end as the case mouth is bigger than 7mm. I glue the tube in with PU glue, leave overnight and trim back.... Without the press you can just use another tube and a slimline nib...
This works for pretty much most. 3 calibers.... 303, 308, 30 06
