Hi, Guys,

Had a nice day in the workshop. Turned the best wood God ever made - burr wych elm, into a lovely Euro. As usual my piccy doesn't do the pen justice. Gleaming finish on this one!
Grits to 2000, wipe of white spirit, three coats of BLO/CA, and Bob's yer uncle!

Bob.

Pieces of wood like that don't come along every day Bob, you've done it proud. A lovely pen.

Burl Wych Elm reminds me of a program we have watched Midsomer Murders conjuring up impressive ramblings through old trees etc. Beaut timber and great pen you are on a roll as has been said, exciting stuff mate.

Kind regards Peter.
