Well put my bashed bowl behind me and had a quick turn this morning, a Goblet. Making a long stem is a bit nerve racking with all the chatter. The stem is still thicker that i wanted but i'll work up to that.
It's just oak finished with three coats of sanding sealer, which was then cut back with Yorkshire Grit, then a wax finish. It's about 2in diameter and stands 7in tall.
It soothed my mind lol

Yes i know all the wine will fall out :winking: but for some reason this is how my phone pictures appear on here, if i rotate then first they are then 180 degrees the other way. Strange.

The job looks a good one even if I now have a bad neck:funny:

The more you do the easier it becomes
