I spent all day yesterday watching the rugby, went out for a meal with friends in the evening and today I've finished cutting the hedge, went and cut a Holly Oak tree down (sorry no pics) which a friend had for firewood, came back turned the three stamp pens I'd cast on Friday and then took the dog for a walk.

I am now officially knackered

Very nice Paul, different for sure. What casting resin did you use?

Thanks Ray, I used Alumilite. Unfortunately I mixed up too much resin and so threw a couple of bits of rose root into a mould, put some colour in the rest and cast that. Its in the shed so I don't have a photo at the moment but the finished article will be here as soon as I'm able to move again :funny:

The tiring part is trying to predict which team will fire on the day many surprises there. One of the last gladiator sports.

Special stamp pens Paul great to see casting and turning by the same person sort of satisfaction you need from time to time.

Well I do like those Mr M, and as Doug said the gunmetal particularly.

I feel the need to have a go at this kind of thing, but don't want the expense of a pot, SWMBO would put her foot down with a firm hand I'm afraid.
