Many thanks to everyone who posted pics of their pens to help me decide. I appreciate your efforts. I'm going to make a start by trying the comfort pen without the rubber bit as in Woody's pics and see how it looks. It's a kit I've been meaning to try so it's as good an excuse as any to get a few.
