I have a couple of very mundane question for you guys, what do you glue the tubes to wooden blanks with. I have used a polyurethane glue that i have used in furniture making, same as Gorilla Glue. Mainly because i have some and it has never let me down.

I read that some use super glue but i'm unsure of it's joining of different materials. I know there are many of these glues plus different viscosity types.

I am also using le tonkinois varnish as i have seen it finish is like glass. I have applied this to my two tube and it is very thin and congregates to the lowest spot causing a slight bulge. I have sanded these back flat and now working on a way to keep it turning till it goes off.

Well that my first post be ready for more dumb questions.
