So carrying on from the Picnic Tables, I still have 3 more to make (just got to go and collect the wood) + the Cricket club have asked for x10 more for next year, so no rush on those  :phew:

I spent 4 days building a covered canopy over a patio....

The Main support posts are from a Barn local to me that was being dismantled, cost me a few beers and the farmer (Thanks Paul) even dropped them off, all planed, sanded off and recoated, they look awesome.

The roof is old floor boards and the supports and timber from the roof Truss sections, about the only NEW things in the whole build are the screws, roofing felt and lights :thumbs:

Totally dry underneath (depending on the way the wind is blowing the rain) and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, learnt some new woodworking tricks and realised I had a made a few mistakes (That I won't make again) but over all a thoroughly enjoyable job.
