I made this pair of Faith-Hope-Love pens for two couples. One wedding is on New Years Eve, and the other is in May. I chose antique brass pen kits, and Bethlehem olivewood. The finish is Watco Danish Oil. I'll be dropping them off at the engraver today.

They are a wonderful set of pens a quick question are they intended for signing the register as by law they have to use a fountain pen with permanent ink and the registrars approval

No, they're for signing the guestbook. As far as I know, we don't have any laws about using a fountain pen to sign the wedding license.

In the past, I've always made wedding pens with white pearl acrylic. But I thought the Bethlehem olivewood would be more meaningful, especially with the Faith-Hope-Love pens.

Got the pens back from the engraver today. Very happy with how they turned out. Also turned a couple of stands from cherry wood.
