A pen and a blank

The pen is S. American Bloodwood segmented, separated from dyed Tassie Oak ends with rings cut from an old Persil container.
The blank is Pheasant Wood segmented with Box ends.
Do you think that the dividers in the blank would be a better in a different colour than green? The green is a lot brighter in the hand than shows in the photograph.

You are the master of segmenting and asking advice::rolling:
Well... Personally I like both as they are but as you have asked, the middle stringing has got white in so maybe a thin white spacer between the green and segmented part would show more:thinks::thinks:
As before thou, both look great as is, nice job

Actually, I think that the problem is that the green ring is too thick, given the narrowness of the segment pieces. A thinner divider may be better.
What do you think?

You may be right with a thinner band in green, I was thinking of more contrast, but it would be more aesthetic with a slimmer band:thinks::thinks:
