A friend was invited today, to make a wooden pen.
Despite some initial confusion about where we kept the pigs, all turned out well!:funny:

The first choice blank blew out when drilled, but the second was fine despite the evident pin hole.
The slight look of horror on her face at the word "chisel", was replaced by a noticeable smile as she got going!

Many thanks to Dan for his excellent service in providing the kit at short notice!
I still haven't made one yet!

I'm really impressed with the kit and will be ordering some more!

Well done and nicely finished..

I'm slowly coming around to thinking I can do this on my own!:face:

Might have to employ a Photographer though! Takes more time than the bloody turning!:funny::funny:

Due to time limitations, I drilled and glued the blanks Peter. She did however see the process, and complete all the turning / finishing herself.

Great result Neil:thumbs:

There's a photographer just down the road from you. Just hide all your blanks before he gets there. No names but he's chairman of the plonkers club I'm told:winking:
