My first piece of proper turning for a while I spent just under an hour in there and it was cool enough to go into the shed this morning so decided to turn one of my London Plane blanks that I have the finished bowl is 8 3/4" X 1 3/4"

Thank you all I still have quite a few pieces left to turn.

Lovely shape and nice grain Derek mate, what's the finish?

I used sander sealer and a buffing system.

This is the first that I have turned of my stock as well Vic:thumbs:

Might be plane but it certainly isn't plain. Lovely figure and nicely turned.

Glad to see someone spotted the play on words and not a spelling mistake:whistling:

You cant leave the important details out.....fess up.:winking:

In the afternoon it gets too hot to work in there as it is only a small shed and low roof so the heat does not get out that quick:whistling::whistling::whistling:
