Not a very interesting title I know but I enjoyed making it. It's a "fat slimline".....

Pretty obvious how it was done, I won't tell you guys how to suck eggs. :ciggrin:

Good work Steven, I like the simple Black and White effect. It reminds me of something from the sixties, don’t ask me why ‘cos I don’t know. :drool::thumbs::thumbs::thinks:

Looks good, and I don't mind you telling me how to suck eggs as you might be doing it a different and better way than what I do.

Always worth putting on as some newbies might be asking how its done.

But I like the look and I think John [MENTION=1392]fortress[/MENTION] is telling porkies..

Thanks guys, very kind comments cheers..

I bought some 12mm x 12mm x 55mm pre-cut corian lengths from ebay ready to drill and trim. I sanded the rough cut sides and made sure the pre finished smooth edges were the ones I glued together first. Being small pieces I glued them against my small set square to keep them straight. Drilled through the centre as usual and trimmed a little off the corners on the band saw.

Simple as that really. :thumbs:

I'll be trying a few more tomorrow but I'll cut my own corian from my stock and see what weird and wonderful combinations I can glue together.
