I was asked to make three matching knives in different woods, these are 3" stainless blades with brass bolsters in yew, flame maple and burr elm. Finished at 600 grit with 4 coats of walnut gunstock oil

I like this shape. They look comfortable and easy to use. Would never guess that the middle was Maple. Good job.
