Inspired by our Brian to get me carving tools out. And by the stuff lying around in 'to the shed. I made a vase from chestnut. Carved, scorched and sealed. Sat on a scrap gas welded copper base. The carving ain't as good as our Grumps, but it did remind me I had carving tools. The rest I made up as I went along?

When you do stuff like this you have to name it Brody and waffle on for 3 chapters about inspiration the organic form how the eclipse give you the idea to scorch it etc etc

This is absolutely great Brody well done the cutting of the top at an angle helps with the overall appearance of the piece.
