Sorry fellas distance is relative and I see not pleasant on a smallish Island with heaps of people. When faced with these choices phone a friend in the area. I noted with great interest how Paul and his new mate handled the purchase and delivery of his recent metal lathe. My comments are general, have to be all my travel in the UK was by bus, train, ferry and plane. Occasionally I dig deep Google world and in depth look at parts of the UK. Recently thanks to DNA testing I have found back to 1750 one other line in my ancestry they lived in Wiltshire. My grandfather on my Mums side is from this family our branch emigrated as free settlers to Australia in 1800,s. Our DNA has been sent in awaiting the results in our family it resulted in a perfect match for one of my sons in law enabling him to locate his Dad. As a minister of my religeon I performed the marriage service for our daughter at the time, this guy fronted up with two birth cerificates with a native of N Guinea tribal name and a european name,we now know only his mums tribal name is accurate he was married using the other name. To find recently his dad lived and passed away in the past few years living near them in Qld.
What I am saying is we form our opinions based on what we know and feel, makes the world go round.
Kind regards Peter.
