Yep, as Sharon says, but you can use clear transfer paper if you highlight the text with a lighter colour. You need to have a bit of play around to see just what is achievable.
I got mine from CRAFTY COMPUTER PAPER, Inkjet Papers and Fabrics, Window Stickers and Other Arts and Craft Materials
