An Omega fountain in Camo...

Me, again,

The other Omega from the bluntchisel workshop today is this fountain pen. It was an oversight not to paint the tubes but I feel that this error came out as a bonus advantage. I couldn't capture it in the piccy but the tube gives the impression that the pen is lit from within. Very much the same as when walking along a street at night and seeing house lights glowing through drapes. I know this sounds a bit whimsical but I do like the impression. Is the bus due yet?

I did one of those on a credit card pen...tubes glued with CA and the customer loved it. The blank seemed to have clear patches right through to the tube....

Special pen Bob sometimes we stress the tube and take it too far its a thing some look for as if its a fault. Non penmakers usually say like the way it flashes.
