Kit : Modern Streamline

Wood : Well matured Xcut English Oak .

The wood was obtained from an original roof beam in a building constructed in 1620 which in fact places the the growing tree at least back to Tudor times. To say the wood was hard is an understatement ,it was like cutting mild steel ..thank goodness I had my 'Woody tool' to tackle it.

Finished with grits to 600 , six coats CA/BLO, micromesh and buffed with brown paper.
