Gold Fountain Leveche. This is a DiamondCast blank that is purple and clear - I left the brass tubes showng - the gold color coming through the turned blank seemed to work nicely with the gold hardware.

Lovely pen Greg.
Purple does seem the in colour this week.

Have you still not received the Zephyr's yet. :winking::winking:

Oh, trust me, brother - they are on the wish list. Sadly, all of my pen "fun money" allotment for the month went into a fountain pen nib order this time. (I'm a little afraid to start making the Zephyrs. I'm most afraid that I am going to start pulling other pens apart and just reassembling them with the new hardware!) Those new kits are definitely on my radar.

I'm just "winding you up a little Greg" knowing you want to get your hands on the Zephyr's.
Your creating a lot of lovely pens.

I really want to get back to my "kitless" stuff, but the kit pens pay the bills. That new kit looks like a real winner - unlike anything in the "Sierra/Sirocco" world. Wow. Phil has outdone himself (again) with a twist ballpoint kit. What a timeless design. I will make a million of them, but maybe not until next Christmas Season!
:whistling:
Thanks again for the kind words, Dave.

Nice choices.....I like the brass tube too, sometimes it can add to the effect and give character to the blank....well done:thumbs::thumbs:
