I always end up with off-cuts from resin blanks, I gather these up and cut them into shorter pieces then make them into a new blank with black resin joining all the pieces together. Made up a batch of these blanks last week and turned them this weekend.

Some more images as I had problems trying to edit the original post.

p.s. anyone clever at numbers will notice there is 4 blanks and 5 pens, the off-cuts from each blank were large enough glued in pairs to make the extra pen.
