Another Chrome Bolt Action

This is a bolt action I made with the others, but this one had a longer tube and the nib was woefully nonsticking out enough, I took it apart and sanded the end of the blank unfortunately it could have done with a bit more coming off, but the guy who wanted it to match his Rollerball finds it fine to write with so I don't need to take it apart again.

The first photo shows the nib as it was when I first made it and the other three shots after I had sanded the blank. I have measured the mechanism on 3 more of the kits and they are all different depths, which is a pain.

Thank you, I think I have now used the last one and need to make some more of these when the weather is warmer.

Lovely pen looks like antler musk. Horrible when there is so much variation in the kits thanks for the heads up.
