Not a great seller, but someone needed 5 last week.
Had to cut and turn about 15 cobs to find ones with a good pattern and color.
I drill the cobs with a Letter 'I' drill, this is a few thousandths smaller than 7mm.
I cut the cobs to 2-1/2'' long and push in a tube of the same length. No glue.
Turn that down and right away you will see if it's good or not. If it's good, cut length to size,
glue in correct tube and finish turning.
This saves you from scraping the cob with a glued in tube, or turning the cob off to save the tube.

Quite a routine Angelo but so worth it mate I am like that very determined and always seeking new ways to overcome. Thanks for the explanation and again your pen.
